He has had a diverse and exciting career that includes senior roles in finance, operations, real estate, HR, learning and employee experience. He is recognized as expert in building effective operating models and as an innovator in developing talent optimization models that fit the culture and mission of both small teams and large organizations.
Due to his reputation for strategic thinking, Pete was tapped to help create and then lead Deloitte University, Deloitte’s flagship investment in learning and culture. Later, he joined KPMG in developing the experience for their state-of-the-art Lakehouse in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, Pete has designed and implemented a global learning platform for CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate entity.
Alan Brush has 20+ years of experience in the human capital management space, working extensively in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and learning & development. Alan has worked with a variety of organizations across the US over this period, including JP Morgan Chase, Chick-fil-A, Nielson, Hospital Corp of America (HCA), Siemens, BMC Software, Brinker International, Commercial Metals, LinkedIn, and many others.
Alan is a well-respected executive who has led teams in delivering bespoke learning and development programs in a diverse array of areas, including leadership development, business development, technical skills, and financial skills. His teams were recognized by the Brandon Hall organization with a variety of awards for the programs that were developed and delivered.
Alan has a passion for developing employees for current and future roles in a manner that is engaging and “in the flow” of work life. He believes in the integration of performance management, employee development, and succession planning to elevate the individual and the organization. Alan’s approach to development programs includes the critical areas of key message reinforcement over a period of time, and the measurement of tangible results of a program.
